The apartment is close to the village center of Hauser Kaibling and on the slopes of Ski amadé, Austria's most popular winter sports area.

Together with the Reiteralm, Hochwurzen and Planai, it forms the gold-awarded ski resort around Schladming. It is quietly located with a beautiful view of the valley, the ski slopes and the surrounding mountains.

In total, the area covers more than 760 km of slopes and has more than 270 modern ski lifts.
